F R Elswood Limited have been a key part of our supply chain at Styles&Wood for the past 5 years. Predominately working on our Banking Frameworks they have completed over 30 branch refurbishments for leading high street banks, as well as prestigious commercial projects for blue chip financial customers. Martin and his team have always demonstrated a refreshingly co-operative and straight forward approach to completing projects on time and within budget and it is this kind of approach that has led to us forming a strong working relationship that I hope will continue for many years to come. We've worked with FR Elswood on two occasions now. One was when we moved into premises in Ashton-under-Lyne and the second, more recently, was moving into our new, bigger premises in Chadderton, Greater Manchester. Whilst notice was given that we were moving, the actual work start date happened very quickly (pretty much overnight!). Martin was very understanding about how quickly we wanted to be in the offices and pulled out all the stops to ensure we were in and work was finalised before that date, with the team working right over the Christmas period to achieve this. Working with the team has been brilliant, we've changed ideas a few times and nothing has been too much trouble. The standard of work has been of the highest quality and going forward I don't think we would want to work with any other team delivering a full office fit out. In fact, we'll see them again in the coming months to do the second phase of work when we take over the rest of the building!
